Carrying on with healthy eating, the past week I have been eating porridge for my breakfast as it much lower in calories than other cereal, well if you are wanting something to fill you up!
I need something that keeps me going until dinner time, and it has been keeping me fuller for longer. So this is my PINK porridge! Yes pink! I had a little thought when I was making my fruit and yoghurt the other night, there was quite a bit of the juice left so I have been using a quarter of the amount of milk with the half juice and topping up with water. I really like it, and this morning I had a few grapes on top!
